Shipping policy
Drake’s Island Brewing Company (DIBco) ships merch made to order. Most items are printed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner after you place your order.
Processing time
- Orders are typically printed and packed within 2–7 business days after payment clears.
- Busy seasons (holidays, big drops) may add a few days. We’ll note unusual delays on the site or by email when we can.
Delivery estimates
- U.S. shipping: once shipped, delivery is often about 3–10 business days, depending on carrier and destination.
- International: available where offered at checkout; transit can take longer and may involve customs.
Times above are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided when the carrier issues a label.
Shipping rates
Rates and available methods show at checkout based on your address and cart. We don’t control carrier weather delays, customs holds, or local delivery issues.
Wrong address / lost packages
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t redirect a package once it’s in transit with the carrier.
- If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, contact the carrier first, then reach out via our Contact page so we can help investigate.
Made-to-order note
Because items are created after you order, we can’t hold inventory or offer same-day local pickup unless we announce otherwise.
